Our Montreal based client is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Project Manager to join their project immediately and will run for 12 months. This will be a hybrid work setting.

• The ideal candidate will have led at least 1-2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations, covering all SF submodules, and is adept at handling the entire project lifecycle: scope, planning, design, and execution.
• The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for SuccessFactors initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and the customer to ensure successful delivery.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with at least 1-2 full SuccessFactors implementations.
• Expertise in all SuccessFactors submodules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning, Recruitment, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA and its integration with SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual (English and French) is a strong asset but not mandatory.
