Our Ontario-based client is seeking two Senior SuccessFactors Time Consultants to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position can be done almost fully remote, however, there may be some very occasional travel required to the client site when needed.

• Candidates should ideally have 10 to 20 years of SAP SF TIME/SFX TIME/SUCCESSFACTORS experience in the implementation, configuration, and support of TIME TRACKING/TIME OFF and SUCCESSFACTORS - TIME modules. 
• Configure payroll processing, time tracking, attendance, and compensation management to meet complex business needs.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll and labor laws, including overtime, statutory holidays, and leave policies.
• Integrate SuccessFactors Time with other HRIS platforms and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and accurate time tracking and payroll processing.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define time management requirements, map business processes, and optimize time tracking and payroll workflows.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, troubleshoot integration issues between SuccessFactors Time and HRIS systems, and ensure the system's accuracy and functionality.
• Resolve complex time and payroll production issues and deliver innovative solutions to ensure optimal system performance and accuracy.
