Our Ontario-based client is seeking a experienced Senior SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position can be done almost fully remote, however, there may be some very occasional travel required to the client site when needed.
- Candidates should ideally have 10 to 20 years of SAP HCM/HR/SUCCESSFACTORS experience in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP HCM/HR - PAYROLL and SUCCESSFACTORS - ECP modules.
- Configure payroll processing, time tracking, attendance, and compensation management to meet complex business needs.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll and labor laws, including overtime, statutory holidays, and leave policies.
- Integrate ECP with other HRIS platforms and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and accurate payroll processing.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define requirements, map business processes, and optimize payroll workflows.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, troubleshoot payroll and HRIS integration issues, and ensure the system's accuracy and functionality.
- Troubleshoot complex payroll production issues and deliver innovative solutions to ensure optimal system performance and accuracy.
