Our Toronto based client is seeking an SuccessFactors Project Manager contractor to join their project immediately for a 12 month contract with a possibility of extension. This will be a hybrid work setting with the exact number of on-site and remote days to be confirmed.

• The PM will work with stakeholders from multiple departments, sites, and regions and must be comfortable managing enterprise-level HRIS projects, preferably SAP Employee Central, Onboarding, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• The PM is accountable for executing the project processes and deliverables.
• Set up a project schedule and tasks in Service Now PPM.
• Complete bi-weekly status report in Service Now PPM.
• Provide project updates at the IT-PPM meeting.
• Assemble all project documentation in Teams/SharePoint Online with links to the project in Service Now PPM.
• Assemble and review all necessary project closeout information and prepare a project closure report.
• At the minimum, complete and store the following project management documents in the Project MS Teams (SharePoint Online) site:
• Project charter.
• Project governance structure.
• Team member's role and responsibility (preferably a RACI Matrix).
• Project resource allocation's Project decision, action item, risk, issue, and resolution log in SN-PPM.
• Project closure report, including lessons learned and project manager recommendations for future projects.
• An excellent understanding of the IT environment regarding IT business services and application development environment and related technologies, IT skills, competencies, experience, and corresponding job functions.
• Ability to recognize symptoms that indicate problems and manage key stakeholder’s perceived view / assessment of business risks appropriately
• Proficiency in using f Project Management tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project Online, Visio and Service Now PPM.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Confidence to seek feedback to enhance performance.
• Highly motivated, passionate, persuasive, and capable of quickly establishing credibility in launching and managing projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English Language.
• Business Analysis and Organizational Change Management experience are assets.

   

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology and or Business-related disciplines.
• Minimum of 7 years in a project management role managing highly visible projects.
• Business Analysis and Organizational Change Management experience are assets.
• 7-10 years in an IT or business-related functional role.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Large HRIS implementation project experience such as SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM or Workday HCM is an asset.
