Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the OCM strategy Including communication, sponsor roadmap, learning, coaching, risk management, and resistance management.
• Provide coaching on change management, resistance, and sponsorship to project managers, business leads, sponsors, and teams.
• Complete readiness, change impact, and stakeholder analyses Foundational to all OCM work.
• Implement communication and learning activities Delivering the core change interventions.
• Consult with leaders to gain sponsorship and engagement securing leadership buy-in is critical.
• Monitor change adoption and address gaps ensuring changes stick and benefits are realized.
• Support long-term sustainment helping leaders operationalize and embed changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain SAP security role design standards and access governance models, in alignment with business risk tolerance.
• Audit requirements across the SAP landscape (SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, BW, FIORI, GRC, HANA Cloud, AEX, SAP BTP and SAP BDC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve authorization and access issues by working with business process owners to identify any required roles or role changes to meet the appropriate access requirements.
• Maintain user access request and provisioning mechanisms.
• Ensure access provisioning complies with governance and segregation of duties requirements.
• Administer and support SAP GRC Access Control, including EAM, ARM, ARA, UAR and BRM).
• Evolve the SAP GRC Access Control framework, ensuring alignment with SOX, business risk tolerance, and leading practices in access governance.
• Support segregation of duties analysis and sensitive access monitoring.
• Maintain compliance-related configurations and reporting.
• Collaborate with audit and compliance teams.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Employee Central (EC) to modernize SuccessFactors (SF) after 30+ years of customizations degraded the system.
• Support EC implementation and S4 integration.
• Assist with Optimization of Time, Compensation Management, and Succession.
• Experience with multiple releases of SAP.
• Advocate for standard EC practices, challenge custom processes, and manage the vendor.
• Challenge the standard and norms and Take ownership.
• Perform hands-on configuration when required to avoid vendor change requests, when required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and resource management in SAP system support.
• Provide management, leadership and represent IT in the SAP Finance/Controlling/Projects IT functional and configuration areas.
• Provide guidance ensuring daily operations are running smoothly, which includes managing troubleshooting, issue resolution, prioritization and resource assignments.
• Manage configuration and daily support of SAP FICO and PS modules.
• Provide guidance in analysis and efforts in designing, developing and delivering changes.
• Visualize and optimize SAP FICO and PS functionality.
• Lead collaboration within the team in support of SAP systems and the business users in all client regions.
• Lead the demonstration of SAP FICO PS system-based audit controls to internal and external auditors.
• Review of existing SAP FICO PS controls and creation of any new controls required due to enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with key finance stakeholders across multiple business units and at all levels.
• Promote technology standards, policies, support processes and a vision of the best functioning of the FICO and PS modules.
• Work with the business teams to ensure issues are clearly understood, alternative options are explored, and the various business stakeholders understand proposed solutions.
• Manage and plan the testing of new IT solutions with the business as required to ensure a well-delivered solution.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts and IT to develop and execute test scripts as part of project test phases and that align with business requirements.

Nice to have:

• Experience with manufacturing business, COPA and results analysis exposure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur is preferred.
• S/4 experience is a major asset
