            <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced&nbsp;S/4HANA ERP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to join their project starting on May 15th 2026 and will run for 24 moths with possibility of an extension.&nbsp;The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in large-scale ERP transformation planning and implementation across multiple jurisdictions, with an emphasis on working alongside stakeholders in business unit operations and/or capital projects in the field.&nbsp;This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed also travel&nbsp;1-2 trips annually to Houston.</strong></p>  <p><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></em></p>  <ul>  <li><strong>Develop the OCM strategy Including communication, sponsor roadmap, learning, coaching, risk management, and resistance management.</strong></li>  <li><strong>Provide coaching on change management, resistance, and sponsorship to project managers, business leads, sponsors, and teams.</strong></li>  <li><strong>Complete readiness, change impact, and stakeholder analyses Foundational to all OCM work.</strong></li>  <li><strong>Implement communication and learning activities Delivering the core change interventions.</strong></li>  <li>Consult with leaders to gain sponsorship and engagement securing leadership buy-in is critical.</li>  <li>Monitor change adoption and address gaps ensuring changes stick and benefits are realized.</li>  <li>Support long-term sustainment&nbsp;helping leaders operationalize and embed changes.</li>  </ul>]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Our Calgary based client is seeking to hire an experienced&nbsp;SAP Security & GRC Analyst to join their team on a full time permanent basis.&nbsp;The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of administering and supporting SAP GRC Access Control, including EAM, ARM, ARA, UAR, and BRM. Should also have experience with SAP SuccessFactors security, SAP cloud technology security such as HANA database, BTP, and BDC, as well as ERP and S/4HANA security. The ideal candidate should have 10 + years of SAP configuration experience in the Finance & Controlling (FICO) module and 5 + years in the Project Systems (PS) module with strong integration knowledge of other SAP modules such as (MM, CS, SD, PM, PP) and experience with Auditors, SOX and compliance. All candidates should have gained previous IT managerial experience specifically overseeing SAP FICO and PS implementations.
